Business Analyst

- To obtain and analyze business, process, technical and functional requirements from clients.
- Prepare Use Case Document which consists of screen designs, database schema, flowcharts and functional specs.
- Make analysis and design for web and database for Application development.

HR Implementation Specialist

- Responsible to conduct Business Requirement / Fit Gap Study for implementation, upgrade and enhancement purpose.
- Understand and document client requirements.
- Work as solution owner for the project to provide a solution and fit-gap analysis to ensure client requirements can be delivered.
- Communicate with client on a solution.
- Develop test plan, test scripts and review the testing result to ensure the system development is in accordance with the documented client requirements.
- Configured system to meet client’s requirement and Malaysia statutory requirement.

Payroll ImplementationSpecialist

HRMS Support Specialist

- Perform customer services functions by answering customer requests and questions ad hoc.
- Implement and ensure adherence to security and data standards.
- Ensure system test according to testing policy and standard.
- Provide first line support on the system after completion of the implementation project.
- Troubleshooting system errors.
- Advise Client's Business and Core Application Team in utilizing the HR Avenue salient features and supported functionalities.
- Following up on unresolved issues via online support system and ensure that resolution takes place within agreed SLA.

Technical/Functional/Hard Skills:
- Experience supporting HR applications by responding to user calls, emails, or trouble tickets.
- Experience testing systems for bug fixes and enhancements with demonstrated strong knowledge and analytical skills necessary to resolve end-user technical issues.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships to provide excellent customer service and work effectively within a team.
- Ability to communicate and present complex issues and analyses in an effective manner.
- Intermediate working knowledge of SQL Server and SQL Scripting.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.

Project Manager

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope & within budget.
- Execute projects based on Project Management Life-Cycle (PDLC).
- Lead the project team.
- Responsible for project planning (resources allocation), modification of phases and implementation of the live system.
- Responsible to monitor and report the project progress, updates, and contractual deliverables directly to project stakeholders.
- Responsible for software development planning – supervise user requirement study, system functional specifications, and system design.

Java Developer

- Development of MQHRs’ HCMS software suite.
- Responsible for Java application development to support business objectives.
- To support and maintain existing software product in line with predefined service levels.
- Ensure modifications and development of the software meets defined requirements and are in compliance with quality controls including but not limited to code reviews, testing, and documentation.
- Pro-actively communicate with Business Analyst / Implementors to clarify the user requirements.
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to the system.
- To develop enterprise-scale applications in accordance with Company standards, procedures, and methodology.
- Assist team lead and manager closely in preparing all unit test cases and system test cases.

- Preferred skills in Tomcat webserver, LDAP Server, Linux/Unix.
- Understanding of IP networking, including the ability to analyse network behaviour, performance and application issues using standards tools like tcpdump/ ethereal/ wireshark.
