Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain MQHR’s HCMS software suite.
- Design and implement Java applications to support business objectives.
- Support and maintain existing software products according to service level agreements.
- Ensure development meets requirements and complies with quality standards including code reviews, testing and documentation.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Implementors to clarify requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues effectively.
- Develop enterprise-grade applications following established standards and methodologies.
- Assist team leads in preparing unit and system test cases.
- Work closely with the Support team for post-implementation support.
